Shipping Destinations

We deliver to all UK addresses and ship worldwide, including the EU and the United States. Some remote areas of Scotland and the Scottish islands may take an additional 1 to 2 working days. If you are unsure whether your area is affected, feel free to contact us before ordering.

UK Delivery

UK delivery is charged by the total weight of your order and calculated automatically at checkout:

  • Up to 500g: Free (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
  • 500g to 2kg: £4.65 (Royal Mail Tracked 24)
  • 2kg to 10kg: £8.55
  • 10kg to 20kg: £13.85

In practice, our dried soursop leaves ship free (they fall under 500g), while fresh soursop fruit is charged by weight because of its size. Standard UK orders aim to arrive within 2 working days of dispatch. Wholesale orders (25kg+) are quoted separately on the Wholesale page.

Fresh fruit delivery and lead time

Fresh soursop ships in weekly batches via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Order by 5:00 PM on Friday to be included in that week's harvest. It is dispatched the following Monday, usually arriving Tuesday (1 to 2 working days for some areas). Orders placed after Friday 5:00 PM are held for the following week's batch. Fresh fruit is available for UK delivery only.

EU Delivery

EU orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked with full online tracking. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination. Prices are based on the weight of your order and apply to most popular EU destinations (Europe Zone 1: France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czechia and others).

  • Up to 100g: £12.50
  • 101g to 250g: £12.50
  • 251g to 500g: £13.30
  • 501g to 750g: £14.40
  • 751g to 1kg: £15.15
  • 1.01kg to 1.5kg: £15.65
  • 1.51kg to 2kg: £16.35
  • 2.01kg to 5kg: from £20.80 (Royal Mail International Tracked Heavier)
  • 5.01kg to 10kg: from £26.90
  • Over 10kg or destinations outside Europe Zone 1: Please contact us for a quote

VAT is zero-rated on exports to EU destinations. Local import VAT and any customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged on arrival by the destination country's customs authority.

USA Delivery

US orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked with full online tracking. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.

  • Up to 100g: £17.85
  • 101g to 250g: £17.85
  • 251g to 500g: £23.15
  • 501g to 750g: £25.95
  • 751g to 1kg: £29.55
  • 1.01kg to 1.5kg: £33.65
  • 1.51kg to 2kg: £33.65

  • 5.01kg to 10kg: from £94.20

Royal Mail's International Tracked service to the USA is a Postal Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service, any applicable US import duty is calculated and paid by Royal Mail at the time of posting, so your parcel will not be held at US customs for duty collection.

Track your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time by visiting royalmail.com/track-your-item.

If you're not in when we deliver

Royal Mail will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. If this is not possible, a card will be left with instructions to rebook your delivery or collect from your local delivery office. International recipients should follow their local postal carrier's instructions.
