Soursop Delivery: UK and Worldwide

We deliver fresh soursop fruit across the UK and ship dried soursop leaves internationally. Full destinations, rates, and dispatch times below.

Every destination listed on this page is priced at checkout. The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay, and we do not send a bill afterwards. The one exception is orders over 20kg, which travel as two or more parcels: we confirm the exact carriage before dispatch and refund any difference. Wholesale is quoted separately and is not charged at checkout at all.

Where we deliver

All UK addresses. The EU. The United States. And a further list of countries including Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

Some remote areas of Scotland and the Scottish islands may take an additional 1 to 2 working days. If you are unsure whether your area is affected, contact us before ordering. Fresh soursop fruit is UK delivery only. Only the dried leaves travel internationally.

UK delivery

UK delivery is calculated automatically at checkout, by the total weight of your order.

The 10g simple pack includes free UK delivery. It is sent in a letterbox pack, so there is nothing to add at checkout.

Dried soursop leaves: £3.80. Sent on a tracked 48 hour service, aiming to arrive within 2 working days of dispatch. Both the 50g and the 100g pouch sit well inside the 1kg band, so a normal leaf order is £3.80.

Fresh soursop fruit: charged by weight, sent on a tracked 24 hour service, because of its size.

  • Fresh fruit, up to 4.99kg: £6.50 (tracked 24 hour service). Single fruit falls here.
  • Fresh fruit, 5kg to under 10kg: £8.70 (tracked 24 hour service). The 5kg box falls here.
  • Fresh fruit, 10kg to 12kg: £9.70 (tracked 24 hour service). The 10kg box falls here.
  • Fresh fruit, 12kg to under 20kg: £16.20 (tracked 24 hour service). Two parcels.
  • Fresh fruit, 20kg and over: £17.40 (tracked 24 hour service). Two or more parcels. We confirm carriage before dispatch and refund any difference.
  • Over 20kg: this is wholesale territory. See our Wholesale page or email us and we will quote the carriage with your order.

Need it faster? A guaranteed by 1pm next working day option is offered at checkout on UK leaf orders, from £9.92 depending on weight.

Orders over 20kg travel as two or more parcels. We confirm the exact carriage before dispatch and refund any difference.

Fresh fruit delivery and lead time

Fresh soursop ships in weekly batches on a tracked 24 hour service. Order by 5:00 PM on Friday to be included in that week's harvest. It is dispatched the following Tuesday, usually arriving Wednesday (1 to 2 working days for some areas). Orders placed after Friday 5:00 PM are held for the following week's batch. Fresh fruit is available for UK delivery only.

EU delivery

EU orders are sent on a tracked international service with full online tracking. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination. These rates are final at checkout.

  • Up to 50g: £9.95 (large letter)
  • 50g to 250g: £12.50
  • 251g to 500g: £13.30
  • 501g to 750g: £14.40
  • 751g to 1kg: £15.15
  • 1.01kg to 1.5kg: £15.65
  • 1.51kg to 2kg: £16.35
  • 2.01kg to 5kg: £20.80 (tracked international service, heavier parcels)
  • 5.01kg to 10kg: £26.90
  • Over 10kg: that is 200 pouches or more, so it is a wholesale order. See our Wholesale page.

VAT is zero-rated on exports to EU destinations. Local import VAT and any customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged on arrival by the destination country's customs authority.

USA delivery

US orders are sent on a tracked international service with full online tracking. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days from dispatch. These rates are final at checkout.

  • Up to 250g: £17.85
  • 251g to 500g: £23.15
  • 501g to 750g: £25.95
  • 751g to 1kg: £29.55
  • 1.01kg to 2kg: £33.65
  • 2.01kg to 5kg: £56.40 (tracked international service, heavier parcels)
  • 5.01kg to 10kg: £94.20

Our tracked international service to the USA is a Postal Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service. Any applicable US import duty is calculated and paid at the time of posting, so your parcel will not be held at US customs for duty collection.

Rest of world

We also ship dried soursop leaves to Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

These destinations are priced by weight at checkout, and the rate you see is the rate you pay. They travel on a standard international service, which is not tracked. Please allow longer than our tracked routes, and note that we cannot follow the parcel once it leaves the UK.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale is quoted separately, not charged at checkout, and that includes the carriage. Dried leaves start at 100 pouches and fresh fruit at 25kg. See our Wholesale page for the tiers and to send an enquiry.

Track your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming it is on its way. Where the service carries tracking, that email includes your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. UK orders, EU orders and US orders are tracked from dispatch to delivery. The 10g simple pack sent outside the UK, and orders to the rest of world destinations listed above, travel on a standard international service without tracking, so there is no number to follow on those.

If you're not in when we deliver

For dried leaves, the delivery service will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. If this is not possible, a card will be left with instructions to rebook your delivery or collect it locally. For fresh fruit, you will usually be sent a text or email with a delivery window on the morning of delivery, and you can use that message to change the day, redirect to a neighbour, or send it to a local pickup point. International recipients should follow the instructions given by the service delivering in their country.
