FAQs
A few of the things we get asked most often. Still need help? Email info@soursoply.co.uk and we usually reply within 24 hours.
Does Soursoply ship internationally?
Yes, but only the dried leaves. Fresh fruit is UK delivery only. We ship dried soursop leaves to the UK, the EU, the United States, and a further list of countries including Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. For UK orders, dried leaves ship on a tracked 48 hour service, arriving within 2 working days of dispatch. Fresh fruit ships in weekly batches on a tracked 24 hour service, dispatched on a Tuesday, and is charged by weight at checkout. Full rates are on our Shipping page. If your country is not listed, email us and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
Where does Soursoply source its soursop products from?
Our soursop leaves and our fresh fruit come from one trusted farm in Ghana, West Africa, the same farm harvest after harvest. We buy direct from the growers with no aggregator or exporter in between, which is why we can tell you exactly where a batch came from and how it was handled. The leaves are slow-dried at low temperatures over about a week and a half, then hand-selected one by one.
How are the leaves packed?
Our retail pouches are vacuum sealed, then packed inside a resealable outer pouch with a window, so you can see the leaves before you break the seal. Wholesale pouches are resealable with a window but are not vacuum sealed, since they are opened and sold on rather than stored.
How can I contact Soursoply for wholesale enquiries?
You can reach us for wholesale enquiries by emailing info@soursoply.co.uk or by visiting our dedicated Wholesale page. We supply whole dried soursop leaves in retail-ready pouches from 100 pouches, private label from 500 pouches, and fresh soursop fruit from 25kg. Larger volumes and unpackaged bulk are available on request. Prices are sent with your quote, and we reply to every enquiry within two business days.
What products does Soursoply offer?
We currently offer whole dried soursop leaves and fresh soursop fruit, available to order from our shop. For businesses, we also supply both at wholesale: leaves from 100 pouches and fresh fruit from 25kg. See our Wholesale page.
Are Soursoply's products organic?
Soursoply leaves and fruit are not certified organic. Organic certification is a formal scheme with audits and paperwork, and we have not been through it, so we do not use the word. What we can tell you is where the soursop comes from: one farm in Ghana that we buy from directly, harvest after harvest. The leaves are dried, hand-selected and sealed under our own control, with nothing added and nothing blended in.
How do I prepare soursop leaf tea at home?
- Rinse the leaves gently under cold water.
- Add 3 to 5 leaves to 1L of boiling water.
- Steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy.
